The portmapper listens on tpc/111 and udp/111.  The arserver listens on a
free ephemeral port (port > 1024) if a TCP-Specific port is not defined.
 The arserver listens on a specific port if a TCD-Specific port is defined.

When operating behind a firewall, you need to define the TCD-Specific port.
 This can be done with or without the portmapper.  If behind the firewall
and you want to use the portmapper, pass packets destined to your arserver
for ports tcp/111 and udp/111 in addition to the port arserver listens on.
