This error ERROR (9093): User is currently connected from another
machine;
is not a midTier error.
Remember that you cannot be on two different client machines connected
to remedy unless you are administrator or have a read restricted
licence.
Other general troubleshooting tips
1) Do you have enough java memory set for tomcat (we don't care about
Apache web server as it just proxies information to tomcat) ensure it
can grow to 1024MB
2) What version of Java are you running, what verstion of tomcat are
you running?
jdk 1.6 plus tomcat 6 will be a little faster performing than the
java 5 tomcat 5.5 combination.
3) Try using the apr native for tomcat for a little performance boost.
4) Disable global prefetch and just use prefetch for a few selected
forms.
