Hello All, We are facing issues with Mid tier where the apache process gets hung on one of the web servers.Restarting the web server with apache and tomcat resolves the issue. But the prefetch running on the web boxes takes a lot longer time than usual.
The catalina.out logs contains too many broken pipe errors. We are on ARS 7.1 and ITSM 7 with oracle 10. Please let me know if any body has faced this issue.
