It is separated in three tiers: Box 1: AR Server 7.6.04 patch 002 / ITSM-Atrium Core 7.6.04 (no patch) Box 2: DB: Oracle 11g (11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production ORACLE) Box 3: Midtier 7.6.03 / Application Server Tomcat / Web Logic It is a single ARServer (no server groups) Hardware resources are good, only Demo user connected while creating class, memory consumption and CPU are ok Operating System is Solaris (SunOS uxm909v4 5.10 Generic_144488-09 sun4u sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise) Thank you and Best Regards!!!!!
