Hmmmmm... I was told by support that if the install asks you for the DBA/system user and password then it received some sort of error while trying to login to the database using the ARS one.
One item mentioned before for Oracle is that it was recommended you create a TNSNAMES entry using the same value as your SID and use that for the install.
