Sam: After installing ITSM you need to install Data Management Tool (DMT) in your PC/Notebook where Excel spreadsheets are stored. Once DMT has been installed you will see some additional folders under C:\Program Files\BMC Software\DataManagementClient\ (assuming you have selected that path for installing DMT) For instance, if you have ITSM 7.6 and you want to upload People data you need to find something like "C:\Archivos de programa\BMC Software\DataManagementClient\7.6\Spreadsheets\Foundation" and locate People.xls.
