Hello Listers ARS 7.6.03 Build 1
I have a customer who needs to be able to "Submit a request via email or web services with zero or more files attached and additional areas to attach error logs, trouble report files, resolution files, etc.". The customer is going to work with me to provide the front end that will use an ARSystem web service to create the record. I am trying to make any new forms that need attachments use an attachment form and display them in a table. Would it be possible for a web service to submit the data and any files that may be included to a join schema of the primary form and the attachments table? Or is it better to just have 3 attachment pools with a few attachment fields each? --- John J.
