Dear List,
We have a Form that goes thru a rather lengthy process when saving an existing
entry. It used to run thru to completion. But now it gets to an AL Guide and
stops with the "Save" button still activated. The work log shows:
Checking <active link name> -- perform if actions
0: Call Guide
Guide: <guide name>
--1-Stop active link processing - On Modify
Exiting Guide : <guide name>
Stop active link processing - On Modify
Workflow Trace Log - OFF
None of the links in the guide fire.
BUT if you click "Save" again all the links in the guide fire and the process
runs to completion, with the "Save" button de-activated.
So why would a process die at the beginning of a guide after the first save,
but then work fine after the second save? It isn't because nothing has changed
the second time. If you add some data to a field it still saves OK.
Any ideas?
