The previous steps faced me in the below sequence: 1. The 24x7 business segments SLAs was accurate and work well while the 8x5 business segments SLAs was wrong calculated. There was always difference two hours. 2. The 24x7 business segments SLAs still accurate while the 8x5 business segments SLAs began to be calculated as 24x7 behavior. It seems that it doesn’t feel with the 8x5 segments. 3.
