Web or Client?
I have done things like on submit of a record, capture client $TIMESTAMP$, then in a filter, compare server $TIMESTAMP$, do some adjustments for variation of min/sec and use the hours difference to tell me how many hours offset the client is from server that relatively reliably gave me their timezone here in the states .but some international tzs are ½ hour off so that creates another variable I know if you are using the client you have the option of getting an environment variable from the command line From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Haque, Rezaul R Sent: Monday, October 18, 2010 3:14 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Capture user desktop Time Zone in remedy ** Does anyone have any idea how we can capture individual user time zone in Remedy through workflow?
