Yes that would be the ideal way to do it.

But if you have specific requirements, such as default permissions that the 
users ought to have, etc. then you might either have to modify that form to add 
that bit, or build your own load form..

Prior to the days when this form was not available OTB, I had created my own 
data load form, and had actually used AIE to populate data from a PeopleSoft 
external Oracle database.

You need to consider creating records in the People Permissions Group form so 
you automatically add this person to predetermined permissions and group 
memberships..

** Looking for advice.  I have an external oracle database.  Which is a 
distillation of our active directory database.  I'd like to connect to this 
database and create people and user records from it.  What is the best way to 
go about this.

      My thoughts go to AIE to the CTM:LoadPeople form or possibly use the data 
mgmt tool.
