Do the approvals work for Change Management? That could narrow down whether it
is the Approval Engine or the module.

Subject: SRM 7.6 Approvals

Hi List,
I have a virtual machine runing AR 7.5(Patch 6) and SRM 7.6 (Patch 2)
(Platform: Windows Server 2003 DB: SQL 2005)

I recently tried to configure approvals for SRM, however when the command
is sent to the approval engine to create the detail record I get the
following and the Approval Engine then dies. There is nothing else in the
AE or arerror logs.

AR System server terminated when a signal/exception was received by the
server (ARAPPERR 20)
Received Exception 0xc0000005

Has anyone seen this before or have any inkling what might cause this
exception?

Regards
Simon Ivers
