Hi all,

We are running ITSM on ARS 7.5 patch 003 on a Suse Linux VMWare and are getting
more and more segfaults, resulting in automatic stop/starts of ARS.

Extracts from /var/adm/messages are..........

On the 20th August, we had some 20 restarts !
There doesnt appear to be any messages of any use in the arerror log and the
general performance of the server at each time leading up to each of the
restarts appears to be normal.
I'm not sure if any filter logging or SQL tracing has been performed yet or
whether this is a problem that requires patching.

Now i'm not responsible for the application support but am just trying to help
my app guys out, so am i right to think this will be a workflow issue that BMC
will need to resolve (looping filter/s perhaps ???) ?
They are currently troubleshooting the fault but as yet, we dont seem any
closer
to a resolution.

Any thoughts please guys/gals.....anyone else expericing these issues or
experienced them ?

TIA,
Sean
