  Thank you for your suggestion. But my issue is something different.
This is happening only for few requests. Adding to this, sometime even
after the approver approves the request the status Is still showing
waiting for approval.

Check your phasing.
You could be trying to do the push/create in Phase 2, yet you are trying
to pull the incident # back in Phase 1.
And the filter that is doing the set fields on the HPD:IncidentInterface
could be defined that on Set Fields if No Requests Match: Display 'No
Match' Error.

Run your logs and see what Phase order things are occurring in.

Hi Masters,

  I'm facing an issue with SRM ticket creation. Some of the request are
not creating any INC / WO. It is giving me an error.

"Unable to get the Request ID from HPD:IncidentInterface. The entry you
requested does not exist."

What could be the reason, Please help.
