Yes. While you still receive the ITSM applications with the ITSM Suite Solution Pack, you do not have to purchase capacity for the included ITSM applications - nor do you have to even install them. You can choose just to purchase capacity (user licenses) for AR System itself. Please speak to your BMC sales representative about purchasing "Service Management Specialist" licenses - those are the licenses that enable capacity for customers building their own business applications.
