Broadcast notificaton has NTE: Notifier link attached for emails that are send to particular support group and this link is not working at all. I get “No matching entries (or no permission to entries)" error . Is this known issue?
Incident emails has link and it can get to incidents without any issues, whereas broadcast link can’t get to particular broadcast. Does anyone know workaround for this issue? Is this reported bug?
