Hi, We're having problems with raising requests in Req Console. We enabled the "Allow guest login" feature in Requestor Console but whenever we login as an unknown user and raise a request in Req Console, the request is not created. When we check in the "View Requests with Errors", all the requests we raised are there with the ff error: ARCreateEntry - The contact cannot be found, please verify the contact information and try again.
