Hi, I have been tasked to provide some effort estimates for upgrading our Remedy environment from ARS 7.0.1 to 7.5 and ITSM applications from 7.0.1 to 7.6 (including CMDB upgrade). I was wondering if anybody who have been through a similar upgrade could share their experience. Would be interesting to know not only time spent on the Remedy technical side, but also what re-training was required/given to users and what other technical/non-technical resources you had to use during the upgrade.
