Hello List! I need to include the Service Target name in the SLM notification actions.
>From what I understood, when a SVT is created also are created filters to push notifications to the form SLM:RuleActionNotifier. I found out that in HPD:HelpDesk the field zD_TADOccured is the field that stores the milestone instanceID, I believe that this is the milestone that last occured. This is what the filters use as qualification to build the message that is pushed to SLM:RuleActionNotifier. The question is: Is there any field that stores the last SVT that had the milestone occurred? I have found the following fields, but I'm not sure if they are exactly what I'm looking for: zD_SVTReqID zD_SVTInstanceID The environment is ARS 7.1, SLM 7.0. Has anyone done this customization before and could provide some information? Thanks in advance for any assistance!
