Several users report that on occasion (about 1 times in 10) they will print an ordinary two-page Crystal Report from the User tool, and the printer keeps printing the same report over and over, and they have to turn off the printer to stop it. It happens to different users on different computers and different printers and different reports, and apparently does not happen with any other application. Any idea what might be going wrong?
