Hi, I'm experiencing this problem On Ars7.1, Incident7.3 I have 3 floating ARS licences + 3 Incident floating licences.
I have 2 groups, A and B: GROUP A - Floating Licences 2 (configured into Groups form) GROUP B - Floating Licences 1 (configured into Groups form) So what I aspect is that Ars reserves 1 licence for group B, so at maximum 2 users from Group A can modify ticket at the same time. But what I'm experiencing is that I can log in with 3 (or even more!) users from Group A and modify tickets at the same time... Suggestions?
