This can be alleviated with tabbing, but still an issue - Need for the Remedy admin to properly save forms so that pop-ups are properly sized - Ease of workflow logging with the User Tool (this is for the developer/admin to troubleshoot) - Ease of data entry with the option "Keep Previous Field Values on New" Anybody please feel free to add to this list. BMC had to address this issues before users stop using the Remedy User Tool. Otherwise, a lot customers will simply not upgrade past ARS 8.0/ITSM 8.0. -Guillaume _Platinum Sponsor: [email protected] ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"_ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor:[email protected] ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
