** Sreeni,

Well, if it works in one place and not in the other, there must be something different between the two, right? And if, in the imperfect case, it works for some users but not for some others, there must be something different between those user accounts, or, perhaps, with the roles those accounts have for the specific ticket that sends the mail.

When the mail is sent correctly, all of the fields are sent to some of the users?

When the fields are not sent, are ALL the fields missing or just some of the fields?

Which fields are sent correctly and which fields are not?

Isolate a user who receives good mail and one who receives bad.

Are their group memberships absolutely identical?

Is one or the other assigned to a role on the ticket that generates the mail? Submitter? Assignee? A member of a group in the Assignee Groups field?

Let us know....

Doug

Thanks Doug for your reply.

We have couple of HTML templates for certain events. All the fields involved in notification are having public permission. It is working fine on development machine for both Remedy user profiles and external users. Problem with pre-production box.

Environment:
ARS 5.1.2 patch1313
Oracle 9.2.0.6

Development OS: Sun Solaris 5.9
Pre-Production OS: HP U 9000/899

Is there any problem with Operating System. Do I have to configure any thing. I have verified EmailDaemon.properties file on both the machines. Both are having similar properites.

Any advice could be helpful.

Thanks,
Sreeni
