OK...I applies the file provided by Todd and that didn't work. We have since found that if you create an account that does not map to an AD account (we are using the cross reference blank password feature...not AREA) or password the error doesn't happen. If the login name maps to a valid AD account and you hard code a password in Remedy...you still get the error. Overview Console seems to work with out the error.
