Hi everyone, I have a question concerning SSO and Tomcat and Remedy. We are running Tomcat without IIS and have installed Remedy 7.0.1 (details below). I have followed all the steps in the white paper for setting up SSO, but I think there is an issue because we do not have IIS running. We are getting the error "SSO ERROR: RemoteUser name is null or empty". I have tried setting this field on the login.jsp and it does come back as "null" and not as the user that is logged into the windows machine. I think if I can somehow get the RemoteUser populated or find some other attribute to use, then we will be well on our way to having SSO implemented. I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue or has any thoughts on how to resolve this. Thanks in advance!
