I'm not sure I understand your needs for sure. Are you trying to populate the Remedy user and people forms? If that is the case and you are using the ITSM 7 product you can utilize the Application Integration Engine and set up exchanges to pull data from SQL without writing any c or vb code. It's quite simple once you know what fields to populate and how to use the AIE.
