I have a Mid Tier 7.1 server. There is a Crystal Enterprise 10 Server on another physical server. I have read through the Mid Tier documentation and searched the support site but still not clear what I need to do to integrate the two of them. The admin on the Crystal Server is not the easiest person to work with so I want to be clear what I ask him to do. We are using IIS on both servers. I believe that a virtual directory needs to point to a report share. Is the report share on my Mid Tier and the virtual directory on the Crystal IIS server? What else needs to be done? Is there a clear document that outlines what I have to do?
