Dear All, We have a customer, they have ARServer 7.1 with SRM 2.x, Change 7, and Atrium CMDB 2.1, and they also have another ARServer box in 5.x, an in-house remedy built helpdesk application, don´t ask why, they still have this configuration. Migration to SD 7 is not an option right now.
They want to integrate both servers, so SRM is able to pass values back and forth to the 5.x box. We now 5.x is not supported anymore, and documentation is not published anymore. Would DSO be an option? it may be possible to install DSO on both servers and communicate both ARServers? Were WEBSERVICES available in 5.x already, and could it be an option?
