Yes - and then fill out the template and return it. Attached is
stripped down, text-based version of the template to give you an idea of
what the RFE review board is looking for.

Thanks. So basically all I got to do then is log in a support ticket
using the web interface stating that it is a possible case for a RFE??

All RFE's are to be submitted through Support. If the issue really is
an RFE (i.e. it's not a question or support issue), they'll provide you
with a template to fill out to ensure that the enhancement request is
well documented. Support will then log the RFE where it will be
reviewed through the normal RFE process.

Subject: RFE - How can these be submitted???
It appears as though the ability to submit an RFE through the support
interface on BMC's website has been taken away (or maybe moved from
where it used to be)? So how & where does one submit these?
I have an idea that I would love to submit as I think it would be a
useful tool for migration of workflow.

more information from which to make scoping decisions, and (4) Engineering will
have a clearer idea of what needs to be implemented.

internal process (e.g. deploying a new server), external process (e.g. sale of
a solution) or other general goal.)
