Thanks. So basically all I got to do then is log in a support ticket using the 
web interface stating that it is a possible case for a RFE??

All RFE's are to be submitted through Support.   If the issue really is an RFE 
(i.e. it's not a question or support issue), they'll provide you with a 
template to fill out to ensure that the enhancement request is well 
documented.  Support will then log the RFE where it will be reviewed through 
the normal RFE process.

It appears as though the ability to submit an RFE through the support interface 
on BMC's website has been taken away (or maybe moved from where it used to be)? 
So how & where does one submit these?
 
I have an idea that I would love to submit as I think it would be a useful tool 
for migration of workflow.
