I do it this way as well. Seems to work pretty good.

Re: Adding custom header to SMTP header for emails from AREmail engine?

I have had luck with putting a return and a custom header into the
Organization field.

Subject: Adding custom header to SMTP header for emails from AREmail
engine?

Hi: out of the box, remedy sends things such as X-Priority, Organization
among others in the email header. Is it possible to configure AREmail
engine to include some custom headers? I have tried including a header
template. But that value goes into the message body header and not the
email header.

Thanks
Ravi
