Has anyone experimented with setting all of the System Default records to (clear) rather than None, Alert, or Email?? The text on NTE:CFG-Notification Events says that:
By leaving the Remedy Notification Method (clear) the system will use the User Default That might be one way to give users more control without having to create custom notifications - if it really works...
