Looking at the documentation, it looks like we need to have the server LAN folks do some updates and we need to apply patch #21 to Remedy AR Server. Is this the only patch we'll need? Also, I tried downloading the patch from the Remedy Heritage patch site and get an FTP error that the download can't find the file on their end....sigh.... Do I really need it or will just the OS patches work? Thanks...
