Try to kill the arplugin.exe from Task Manager if you have your AR Server installed on Windows. The Overview console uses the plug in to access a vendor form to retrieve the data from multiple forms. We have had problems with errors when people access the Overview Console with specified plug in does not exist errors that are different from this error but its possible the two are related. When we killed the arplugin.exe it was restarted and the issues went away.
