That helped fix it. The strange thing is that both my production and development environments got the same problem at the same time. I think it is somehow network related, but I have no way of proving that. The Overview console uses the plug in to access a vendor form to retrieve the data from multiple forms. We have had problems with errors when people access the Overview Console with specified plug in does not exist errors that are different from this error but its possible the two are related. When we killed the arplugin.exe it was restarted and the issues went away.
