Joe, I'm using RKM 7.01.xxxx with ITSM 7.0.02 patch 005. As far as the role of the database in RKM it is my understanding that its only used for the storage of document properties and application usage metrics (reporting stuff). Was there something specific you were looking for? I don't have any documentation that explains what you're looking for but I will certain do my best to answer any specific questions you might have. Our kbase is still fairly small but if its any indication of the utilization of it's database, said database is currently a whopping 14MB. Cheers! Eli

Have you figured out the meta data relationships between the different data tables within the Remedy Knowledge Management (RKM) database? Or is there a document out there some place where I could take a sneak peek at this kind of information? I'd find this document useful to configure certain parts of the application and to understand the application better.
