Hello Listers-

 

I have a question about Remedy's OOTB Solutions DB in ITSM 6 & 7. We are
looking for an easy to implement knowledge Base solution for our IT website,
Ideally we would like these solutions to tie in with Remedy, to be easily
updated and maintained and to be connected with tickets. So my questions
are: 

 

Are any of you out there using the Remedy solutions DB in ITSM 6 or 7? How
do you like it? 

Do you export or synchronize the solutions with a web site? If so how? 

Do you make use of ARSPerl, C API, Java API or Webservices to accomplish
this? If so how?

Are anybody using a third party product to connect the Remedy solutions and
their website?

How do you search the solutions on your website, do you use tags, or full
text search, etc?
