I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find more details / examples of reports that are out of the box for ITSM 7.0 (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.)
I looked at the Form "Report" and it lists the reports, but not a great description. I looked at the User Guides and really nothing there. Suggestions? Thanks!
