Curt,

Open a ticket... get them to relate it to the defect.. then it will show up.

Their bug info appear to be on a strict "need to know" basis.
And even when you have a need to know... the "details" are often very lacking.

Then make sure you open another ticket asking for real access to the
bug data and to helpful information about each and every bug be
available to all active customers. ( Maybe if all the customers sent
BMC one ticket a month requesting access to the bug data they would
actually do something about it? )
