My mid-tier keeps hanging up and I'm getting log files full of a single error message: Aug 8, 2007 10:38:16 AM - WARNING (com.remedy.midtier.WORKFLOW) : (Thread 21) Caught exception while binding action list - dropping action : ARERR [-1] Message not found Another interesting thing to note is that, when I do an IIS reset, servlet starts up and shows 8000++ sessions for 'arsystem'. This drops to a dozen or less within a few seconds but it seems odd to me. Currently my maxheapsize is set to 1gb (up fro 512mb yesterday; I encountered out of memory errors after about 18 hours of up-time) Regrettably, I don't know how long the ARERR [-1] errors have been happening but we activated 50 new users Monday (all mid-tier users).
