 While I like Christopher's "Get-R-Done" attitude, I think there
might be alternatives to that exact approach. :)


I would suggest that some education is required. But understand that
the education might be needed by the Administrator/Developer. :) There
are times that the application needs to grow to expand to a new
requirement that has yet to be defined for the Developer. And there
are times that the users need to be told to "click on that tab... yes
the one that says *categorize* to set the category for the ticket"
too.


Find what there business need is, and if there is a better way to do
what they are trying to do before you reach a conclusion about what
they are doing. Sometimes a simple application change can save them
hours of work. Sometimes a simple "Clue-By-Four" can save the system a
lot of work too. :)
