Hi Jots Thank you for that - tried what you suggested, restarted all services and it appears to have fixed the problem. I will monitor it going foward today and see what else I can find.
The only small problem I have left is the "Status" drop down menu for Incidents has no values inside it. The status field works perfectly fine for Work Orders or Tasks. Any suggestions on where I should start looking ?
