Title: RE: ARS 6.3/HD 6 "What's This" Button
**
Duh!  Sometimes I should follow my own advice and read the Remedy KB first...

KM-000000010950  for version 5.01  - but it fixed my problem!
This is a known bug, bug id SW00171033.
Workaround:
Do not choose any Time Zone setting in Tools/Options/Locale.
Choose Clear and hit OK

Claire:

No.  But I will check our server as a part of some testing I'm doing to see if it is possible to set a time zone on the server on at least a UNIX hosted ARS server.

Ok, I am really not liking the new (old new) version...

Somehow I changed the time in Remedy, in the admin tool?

In the user tool I had the time zone set to GMT -6 CST (US/Chicago)

When it is 1:03pm on the server, the Remedy Admin tool shows 5:03pm

Anyone have any idea what I did???

 ARS 6.3 Patch 18
 HD 6.0
 Oracle 10g/9i.2 libraries
 Win 2003 Server

Thanks!

Claire
