and then you lost me! And I think I was so close :( > "did you install the python api into the python Zenoss uses" is where you got me. I only did an apt- install as root, is that what you meant? I was root as I don't remember setting a user/pass for the zenoss user, but I am not sure if that is what you meant. Is there somewhere in the zenoss application you must install it or is the OS level fine? Tnx again....
