Dear Apertiumers,
as many of us are working with Asian and low-resourced languages, you may
be interested to know that the ACM journal 'Asian and Low-Resource Language
Information Processing' http://tallip.acm.org/ has just entered the
Journal Citation Report and will have an impact factor in 2018. It is *not*
an open-access journal, but definitive works can be linked for download
through a special link called the Author-Izer.
I have become aware of this journal as I have been asked to review an
article for it.
