Yes; I don't think Sushain nor I had noticed that ScaleMT supported
multiple &q's. You could of course add your own separator if you wish to
avoid multiple requests, though perhaps you've run into problems with
that method? (I can imagine the separator could be moved around by
transfer rules, at least if there isn't any punctuation.)

I've added http://sourceforge.net/p/apertium/tickets/72/ , not sure how
much of a mess it is to implement.
