User reports that he cannot sync up his in app purchases. This is not in a sandbox or in testing. This is in the real world. Previously purchased items cannot be synched.
I've narrowed down to the fact that I querySkuDetails and get: BILLING_RESPONSE_RESULT_ERROR=Fatal error during the API action Various comments about this on the internet indicated that Google Play might time out and return this error if it doesn't get a response from its own server within 20 seconds or whatever. However, I know of no way to force Google to get their response faster, or anything to ask the customer to do. I did ask him to clear caches as Google sometimes asks. Apparently this used to work for the customer over mobile but not wifi but now works on neither. Any ideas?
