Perhaps you're right. If in another part of that document is clearly 
specified that a geographical address consists of No. + Street name + City, 
then there's nothing to do :(

I, for one, have filled that field this way:

*Postal Code - Province (state) - Country*

I leave finding the exact address as an exercise to the reader :D
