On my list of goals for the coming year is to become an Android Top Developer.
Can anyone offer some insights into how? What metrics should I shoot for? I'm thinking a gazillion (approximate number) installs would help, and revenue doesn't matter as much. I know this comes up here once in a while. I realize that, absent an authoritative post from Google, it will all be speculation, but that's fine too. Let the speculation begin.
