Thanks all for your comments. I've managed to get hold of Reto on G+ and he very kindly gave me some helpful tips.
I'm not sure whether to follow the Chrome Webstore guidelines and go with "...for Google Chrome" or whether it's better to err on the side of caution and avoid any mention of it in the app name at all. I'm guessing that the people who enforce the Chrome webstore policies are not necessarily the ones that enforce the Play Store policies. Of course, I could call it "Bookmarks for Chromium based browsers", but I think that's (a) too long and (b) cheeky!
